Each wine is vinified with care: fermentation in stainless steel or cement, aging in oak, and bottling that respects the wine's rhythm.

Vittoria: our rosé, an IGT Toscano

Our first label! The perfect companion for long summer and spring days.

Named in honor of Aunt Vittoria, a historic figure in the family and the last of the Soderi lineage to personally manage the Podere. In honor of her work and in memory of a youth spent at Ferrale, we pay homage to her with this label.

A fragrant, fresh, and elegant wine, characterized by acidic notes that make it cheerful and very present, just like Aunt Vittoria.

Vinified as a white wine, with our Sangiovese as the protagonist, it is then aged in steel tanks. Our Vittoria IGT Toscano rosé is presented in a transparent Burgundy bottle, to best showcase its beautiful color, sealed with a fully recyclable technical cork.

Ferrale: Our Chianti Classico

Our Chianti Classico reflects the place and everything our vineyards tell us about the vintage experienced in these hills.

It is made from grapes from two vineyards: Sangiovese, the protagonist of this wine, paired with Canaiolo.

Vinified primarily in steel and concrete tanks, it is then aged in handcrafted, second-use oak barrels. Chianti Classico is bottled just over a year after the harvest and remains in the bottle for six months before being released to the market. Our Chianti Classico is presented in a dark Bordeaux bottle and sealed with natural cork.

Ritorno: our red, an IGT Toscano

We wanted a red wine that was fresh and immediate, capable of reflecting our personality but also the terroir from which it originates. A wine to drink every day, perfect for any occasion.

With intense colors and cherry aromas, our Ritorno is a sincere and light wine, yet with the historic character of Sangiovese. The contemporary approach outlines the structure of this wine, which carries with it a modern tale of family origins.

Born from a blend of Sangiovese and Canaiolo, it is vinified and then aged in steel tanks. Our Ritorno IGT Toscano red wine is presented in a dark Burgundy bottle and sealed with a fully recyclable cork.
