Podere Ferrale is more than just a charming villa, but a vibrant, vibrant agricultural estate, where every element of the landscape contributes to creating balance and beauty.

We are located in the heart of Chianti Classico, between Castellina in Chianti and Radda, in a strategic location nestled between silence, vineyards, and lush nature.

At 550 meters above sea level, the estate extends through an environment rich in biodiversity, where the marly, clayey, and stony soils offer the ideal foundation for quality crops.

A natural balance cultivated with respect

Our estate encompasses multiple souls that coexist harmoniously:

The organic vineyards: 2.5 hectares divided between Vigna di Casa and Vigna Nuova, cultivated with Sangiovese and Canaiolo according to organic methods and with permanent grassing.

The olive grove: over 500 olive trees, 400 of which are on a south-facing slope and 90 in the villa's garden.

The woods: a wild, protected area managed with attention to biodiversity, home to a small beekeeping project.

All agricultural work is done manually or with minimal intervention, following the principles of soil conservation, plant balance, and respect for natural cycles.

A historic farmhouse transformed into a welcoming environment

The main structure of Podere Ferrale has a horseshoe shape that wraps around a large central courtyard.

In detail:

East Wing – Guest Villa: 5 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, on two levels, each with independent access and private gardens.

West Wing – Master House: the family's historic residence, discreet and authentic.

La Parata: a convivial space with very high ceilings, ideal for group activities, events, or moments of sharing.

The historic winery: with its wooden press, concrete vats, and trussed roofs, tells a centuries-old story of agricultural production.

The barns: currently used for agricultural purposes, they will be restored for future projects.
